OUR PHILOSOPHY
We go further, together.
From the very beginning, we focused on building connections, trust, and strong communities wherever we went. This meant doing things a little differently back in 2012 like championing diversity, pay equity, and innovation.
Today, this looks like a culture of continuous improvement, trust, and resilience. We empower our team members to make a positive impact within their communities, with our clients, and within our organization.
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
- African proverb
Our Values
Our north star is honesty. We use data and processes to help us continually improve, whether it's implementing Sales Hub or during internal 1:1 meetings.
As an organization, we believe that there is nothing to gain from hiding the truth and nothing to fear from our team and clients knowing the truth.
It all goes back to trust. We want to stay good to our word and ensure we’re accomplishing what we set out to. After all, we’re only successful if our clients and team members are successful.
Accountability is baked into our processes, SLAs, and meetings–not something that’s only brought up when things go wrong.
If something isn’t working, we do our best to fix it. We try another strategy, a different integration, or something completely unexpected – we solve for results and not the input.
We make decisions based on data and encourage our clients to do the same. We’ve even made sure it's easy for our clients to pivot funds based on what their data is saying.
We’re never going to just tell you what you want to hear. Our commitment to transparency requires a level of candidness that isn’t found everywhere.
Our clients hire us because they want transformative change in their tech stack, their processes, or their strategies, and that requires mutual trust and candidness.
Our Commitment
We care about the more important things.
Each year, our team volunteers more than 500 hours to local organizations in their communities.
We conduct our business in a socially responsible and ethical manner, always considering how our actions impact our clients, team members, and neighbors, near and far.
We’ve always believed that diversity of perspectives, lived experiences, backgrounds, and identities only improves the final product, culture, and client experience.
We believe that things like the color of your skin, how you identify, what your background is, or where you live aren’t what makes you a good cultural fit. We care that our team members are curious, responsible, and good global citizens.
Our commitment to responsibility isn’t just a talking point.
We are proud to be a member of WageUpOKC and are dedicated to paying a living wage to all of our full-time employees, even those at the entry level.
We also have a number of benefits that we believe shouldn’t be a perk, but are a responsibility that we have to our team members, their families, and communities like:
- Company-paid health, vision, and dental insurance
- Paid parental leave
- Flexible scheduling
- Time to vote, volunteer and unplug
Our History
Because to know where you’re going, you have to know where you’ve been.
We started in 2012 as a multicultural, traditional marketing firm.
Back then we were known as Bridges Advertising.
The initial idea of the company was to build bridges between Spanish language dominant consumers and companies that wanted to serve them better. At that time, there weren’t any ROI-focused marketing companies that served Spanish language audiences and companies that wanted to serve them in our local market.
We focused on accomplishing this through traditional advertising channels like print, radio, and television in addition to digital marketing efforts.
As part of our initial growth strategy, we deployed a simple inbound marketing campaign on the HubSpot platform.
Yep, we were inbound and HubSpot customers first. Our first inbound offer was an ebook titled "Hispanic Marketing Strategy: 3 Fatal Mistakes."
This straightforward ebook generated more than one hundred qualified leads throughout the United States and we had a new kind of problem.
While we weren't quite ready for the influx of business, we did realize that we stumbled into a better business opportunity than the Spanish-language marketing focus. So, we made the scary decision to pivot.
By early 2017, we were named a Silver HubSpot Partner.
Advertising was no longer the core of our business. We were building lead-generating digital marketing strategies using inbound marketing methodology on the HubSpot platform.
Later, In 2018, BridgeRev was recognized as a top digital firm in the United States by Clutch.co and UpCity for positive client reviews and experience.
In 2019 with the new name of Bridges Strategies, we were named a Gold-level HubSpot Partner, recognized as a top digital marketing agency, and had tripled in size.
Building effective strategies and offering technical expertise became the core of our business.
At the start of the global pandemic, we took on the ambitious task of expanding our products and services to support the entire revenue process.
We had evolved beyond being just a marketing firm - we were now dedicated to assisting businesses in their growth and development across three crucial areas: marketing, sales, and customer success.
In 2021, we were named a Platinum HubSpot Partner Agency, doubled in size again and were serving clients across the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
Our primary focus now is on achieving sustained growth and further enhancing our technical expertise.
We continued to expand our services to prioritize our HubSpot consulting practice along with RevOps Solutions.
In December 2022, we were named a Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner and achieved a 117 percent HubSpot client retention rate.
Currently, we are expanding our team and further enhancing our technical expertise with the aim of developing scalable solutions that push the boundaries of the HubSpot platform.
We know we’re only as good as our team and we’re always looking for the next talent to grow with us to the next level. We search for the best and the brightest and we like to treat them well, with respect and provide growth opportunities and great company benefits.
Our company goals and customer goals go hand-in-hand. For our employees, we want to be the company you work for when you don’t really want to work anymore. We want to work for and with people who love what they do and share our values.
